Orders

If you’re missing an item, please go to the Contact Us page or send an email to services@harnkara.com with your order number, along with the name and number of the missing item. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days to help resolve the issue.

If you receive an incorrect item, please go to the Contact Us page or send an email to services@harnkara.com. Please make sure the item is in its original condition and return it within 30 days for a full refund, including any original shipping charges, cash handling fees, taxes, and duties where applicable.

To cancel an order, please follow the link in your order confirmation email. Note that once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no changes can be made, and you’ll need to wait until the package is delivered.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal. Please ensure that the billing address you enter during checkout matches the one on file with your bank, as discrepancies can cause your payment to be flagged for fraud.

If you don’t have a credit or debit card, you can use PayPal for its speed and security. If you have a PayPal account, simply select PayPal at checkout to complete your payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one by visiting the following link: https://www.paypal.com. Once you have an account, you can return to our website and pay using PayPal.

Cash on delivery is only accepted in the UAE.

If you encounter an error during payment, double-check that you have entered the correct information. If the problem persists, contact your bank to confirm there are no issues with your account. After that, reach out to our customer service team here. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us investigate and resolve the issue. Here are some helpful details to include:

  1. Your operating system (e.g., iOS, Android, Windows, Mac OS X).
  2. The internet browser you are using, or if you are using our app (e.g., Safari, Chrome, Firefox).
  3. The payment method you attempted to use (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay).
  4. A description of the problem and when it occurred.
  5. If you received an error message, please include it or a screenshot.
  6. Your order number and the email address you used to place the order.

Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping to all locations where our carriers operate. For more details, check out our Shipping Info page.

It typically takes a few days to prepare your items for shipment. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose. For more information, visit our Shipping Info page.

Standard Shipping within UAE takes 2 to 3 days while shipping to other countries usually takes 7 to 15 days.  Visit our Shipping Info page for specifics based on your location. After your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

If your package is being shipped internationally, there may be a delay in tracking updates until it clears customs and is approved for entry into your country. If your order is still within the expected delivery timeframe, please be patient. Once customs clearance is complete, you should see tracking updates.

If your order shows as delivered and you didn’t receive the order, contact the courier for more information. If you’re still unable to locate your package, reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

Unsuccessful deliveries are often due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, or because the courier couldn’t access the delivery location. Contact the courier to reschedule delivery or to provide additional instructions.

Once your package is delivered, we’re not responsible for theft, loss, or damage. If your tracking number indicates delivery, but you haven’t received it, allow 1-3 additional days for delivery and contact your local carrier for more information. If the issue persists, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Return and Refund

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have up to 14 days from the date you receive all the items in your order to request a return. For more details, please visit our Return Policy page.

No, our return policy is only applicable to ready to wear items. 

If there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Email us with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and include photos if there’s a quality problem: services@harnkara.com.

Once we’ve received your return and processed it at our facility, it can take up to 7 days for the refund to be credited to your bank account. We’ll keep you informed with an email confirming that your return has been received and that the refund is on its way. If you don’t receive this email within 28 days, please contact us for assistance.
