Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your complete order to request a return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Email service@harnkara.com with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return. Include a photo of the item(s) and the quality control tag/sticker if defective.

Follow Instructions: If your return request is accepted, we will send you the return instructions and address.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original condition.
  • Returns must be requested before sending the items back. Items sent without a return request won’t be accepted.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased with coupons cannot be returned. If a coupon and regular payment were used, only the portion paid with regular payment is refundable.

 

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

What Isn't Considered Defective:

  • Loose threads, raw edges, fabric thickness, or slight color differences due to monitor displays are not considered defects.
  • Returns based on dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference do not qualify for refunds.
  • Damage due to improper use, washing, self-repair, or modification is not considered a quality issue.
  • Returns due to sizing issues are not covered by our quality guarantee; refer to our sizing chart for guidance.
  • Slight variations in design or measurements within the same size category are not treated as quality issues.

Important Notes:

  • Return Address: Do not send returns to the address on the package. Follow our instructions to ensure proper processing.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: Ensure only Harnkara items are included in your return package; we aren’t responsible for non-Harnkara items.
  • Customer Negligence: We cannot process refunds if incorrect order information (address, contact number, consignee’s name) results in failed delivery. Contact us promptly at service@harnkara.com if you need to update your information.
  • Customer Service Availability: Our team processes returns and refunds within 5 business days but may experience delays due to limited staffing. We’re available Monday through Sunday, 9 am to 6 pm PST. If we’re busy, leave your order number and return details, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
