Shipping

All orders require a processing period before shipping. This is separate from the delivery time and begins once your order is confirmed at our fulfillment center.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery of a Harnkara order, the original shipping fee and the return cost will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 5 days. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and file a delivery claim on your behalf.

Please note: Claims may take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the shipping provider. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or credits for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Harnkara reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at any time due to the following:

Excessive or irregular return patterns (e.g. wardrobing).

Returned items that are worn, damaged, laundered, or altered.

Suspected fraudulent or abusive behavior.

All orders ship from the UAE. Depending on your country, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
